Products are chips but...

Products are chips. Service is terrible after you paid. No warranty and bad atention. This is my experiance.

DELIVERY DEPARTMENT SUCKS!!

DELIVERY DEPARTMENT SUCKS!!! Horribles customer service, they call you the same day of delivery with excuses with no sense.

Delivery was very bad.

To buy the washer and dryer was fine but the delivery took more than 2 months and they were so inexperienced that they did not know that they need to provided an insurance to my building. The delivery has to be cancelled and rescheduled I have to call all day the day before the delivery and still the insurance was not provided. The worst experience dealing with nasty people in customer service. Bransmart? Never again. This is a lesson for me. Please go somewhere else with your money.

Purchased a $250 SHARK Vacuum that the sales representative highly recommended and after 2 months I started to smell the motor burning and it shut off. I purchased the Replacement Warranty at an additional cost. Called customer service and Irene assured me there would not be a problem. Yeah right!!!! Boxed the vacuum up and headed to the Stockbridge Ga store to replace the vacuum. I got the WORST treatment from JEAN in Customer Service Returns. Jean yelling loudly and ordering me around. Jean tried to take the vacuum apart accusing me of running the vacuum with no belt! After stripping the screws...the belt was on there. In the end I did not get a replacement and the warranty only cost me money. I was then told by the evening manager that I should not have purchased this type of vacuum for dog hair! I vacuum a 5x8 area rug daily and yes I have a dog. Time to call corporate!

No product after 6.5 weeks!

They have the worst customer service. I have been waiting on a refrigerator for 6.5 weeks and they are now telling me I have to wait another 2.5 to maybe get it. They could care less about their repeat customers. I was hung up on by the Customer Relations Manager, Linda, who couldn't clearly give me a reason why there was a delay. I was hung up on again after calling back to get a refund. Their prices are not discounted enough to justify this poor service. If I had paid the extra $100 or so, I would have my refrigerator and not have to tolerate their incompetence. I don't think anyone is truly minding the fort. Rogue employees handling customer service calls without any training. Buyer be very aware of Brandsmart!
Update-order from Best Buy. They'll match the prices and deliver within a few days.

Do not order appliances from Brandsmart USA

I've purchased countless appliances over the years from Brandsmart. But for some reason delivery is difficult for them. Last time I ordered a dishwasher from them and they are supposed to do free haul away. The delivery person did not want to take the old dishwasher and said there was not room on the truck. Although he had just took my new dishwasher off the truck, I had to slip him some $ to get him to take the old dishwasher. Most recently I've purchased a washer & dryer and not only did they come 3 days after the the original delivery date they refused delivery because there was not a "clear path" to the door. I'm having my driveway re-done so there is not pavement. They did not even consider having me sign a release of liability form. I guess Brandsmart does not deliver to houses that have gravel, dirt driveways or no driveway.

The worst delivery service ever

The worst delivery service ever, the $79.00 cost of delivery, almost a week, and still waiting. They promise delivery on Monday, three days after purchase and today is Sunday, over a week after purchase and I am still waiting. I wait all day, with a confirmed delivery in the morning, another text for 2, 3:30, 5:30 and still waiting. The Customer service is non-existent, they hang up multiple times. I'm so disappointed, and worst of all, nobody cares. Once you pay your purchase, you are on your own, they don't even care about your time, not even an apology . Wow, so sad. I will think twice about using them again.

Do NOT Trust BRANDSMART WARRANTY AND GUARANTEED 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

I just purchased a refrigerator less than a month ago. I also purchased the fake extended warranty. The refrigerator stopped working on Day 25 of ownership and I called BrandsMart to exchange per their policy. My food is going bad and the best I can get is a threat that some technician will call and I better answer or I will be removed from the list. This is crazy service. I spoke to a lady named Lydia and explained my situation. I am unable to drive to the store at this time due to health. I called the store and was transferred. Purchase ORDER NUMBER 3850849. I will keep writing until someone corrects this injustice. My God, it's inflation and you are selling garbage and don't honor your policy.

Worst customer service on the planet

Worst customer service on the planet. They stole $631. They took the wrong dryer (they brought the first time). I had to reorder & pay for the correct dryer. They said the would credit the 1st one. They took it & never processed the credit. That's called theft by taking.

I haven't used them in a while and I finally did and they are still THE WORST. I have a tenant who's been waiting for me to get them a new refrigerator for a week and half. And delivery is set for tomorrow and I did my on-line and text confirmation and thought i was set. BUT no, around 6pm i get a phone call that the refrigerator I ordered is now not available but they could sell me another one for $29 more and still deliver it tomorrow. So I said fine and they added it to my credit card. Now at 9:30pm I go on-online to check that order status and its shows CANCELLED and no replacement refrigerator ordered.
